1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the PG33 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and PG33 ("Company", "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or services we offer.

PG33 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the PG33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the laws of your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not located in a region or country where access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Never having been declared bankrupt or financially incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• Not a corporate entity, company, or organization — registration is open to individuals only.
• Not currently listed on any self-exclusion register or recognised restriction list.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the PG33 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, and a valid email address. The information provided will be used for identity verification (KYC) purposes and account communications.

PG33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in access restrictions or account termination.

• Your account password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Any detection of suspicious activity should be reported to the PG33 support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

PG33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost, and other digital methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• PG33 does not accept payments from third parties or via anonymous payment methods.

5 Bonus & Promotions

6 Game Rules

All games listed on the PG33 platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by a recognised external audit body. This ensures that the outcome of every game is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Members are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game. PG33 employs advanced detection systems and any such attempt will result in immediate account termination.

• Game results recorded by the PG33 system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, PG33 will resolve the issue in accordance with its established policy.
• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Any attempt to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and PG33. We provide technical protections including data encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and round-the-clock account activity monitoring. However, you are also required to take precautions on your own end.

• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to PG33 support immediately.

PG33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

8 Responsible Gaming

PG33 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We believe gaming should be purely for entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. To support this, we provide a range of self-control tools to help members stay within the limits they set for themselves.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on their total deposit amount.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a specified period.
• Temporary Break: Take a break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

9 Account Termination

PG33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.

In the event of account termination due to a violation, PG33 reserves the right to hold any balance in the account pending the completion of an investigation and to forfeit any winnings obtained through illegitimate means.

10 Liability Limits

PG33, along with our parent company, subsidiaries, partners, directors, employees, or agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting activity.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

PG33's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendment of Terms

PG33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
