Get the official pg33 app directly on your phone. Installation is fast, secure, and free. Supports both Android and iOS for a full gaming experience without compromise.
Whether you use Android or iPhone, pg33 provides a dedicated app optimised for each platform.
Go to Settings > Security > enable "Unknown Sources" or "Install Unknown Apps" to allow APK installation outside the Play Store.
Click the pg33 APK download link from the official website. The APK file will automatically be downloaded to your phone's "Downloads" folder.
Open your phone's file manager, locate the pg33 APK file, and tap it to begin installation. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait until the process is complete.
Once installed, open the pg33 app from your phone's home screen. Log in with an existing account or register a new one in just a few minutes.
Many pg33 users who initially stuck to the browser version on their phones eventually switched to the app after experiencing the difference firsthand. This is not just a matter of personal preference — there are real reasons why the pg33 app delivers a far better experience compared to opening the site through Chrome or Safari.
First, speed. When you open pg33 through a browser, your phone has to reload page elements every time you switch sections. With the app, many elements are stored locally, so navigating between pages feels much smoother and more responsive. This is especially noticeable during live casino sessions — no buffering while the dealer video is running.
Second, notifications. Through the pg33 app, you will receive push notifications on your phone whenever there is a new promotion, deposit bonus, or betting result. This means you will never miss any exclusive offer available for a limited time only. Users who actively use notifications typically receive information faster than those who rely on manual checks.
Third, session security. In a standard browser, your login session may expire if you switch to another tab or your phone goes to sleep. In the pg33 app, your session is maintained more stably, and biometric login features such as fingerprint or Face ID let you log back in quickly without typing your password each time.
One concern commonly raised by Malaysian users is phone storage. Understandably so — phones with 256GB storage still carry a fairly high price tag, and many people are still using 64GB or 128GB models. The good news is that the pg33 app requires only around 28MB for Android and 35MB for iOS. That is far smaller than most social media or casual gaming apps you likely already have on your phone.
Despite its small size, the full range of features is available. High-definition video slots, live casino tables with video streaming, real-time sports betting, fish shooting games and more — all accessible within this single lightweight app. This is because pg33 uses smart streaming technology that loads content on demand rather than storing everything on your device.
Pg33 understands that not all users are tech-savvy. That is why the app download and installation process has been designed to be as straightforward as possible. For Android users, you simply need to allow installation from external sources once, download the APK file, and install as normal. The entire process typically takes less than three minutes on a standard 4G connection.
For iPhone users, the process is even simpler as the pg33 app is available through the official iOS channel. No security settings need to be changed — just search, download and install like any other app. Your phone will prompt for Touch ID or Face ID confirmation and the installation will be complete.
If you encounter any issues during the download or installation process, the pg33 support team can be reached via live chat in the app or on the website. They operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Another advantage of using the pg33 app is its seamless update system. Unlike some other platforms that require you to re-download the entire APK file with every new version, pg33 uses an in-app update system that only downloads the components that need updating. This saves your mobile data and your time.
When an update is available, you will be notified via an in-app notification. You can choose to update immediately or postpone it until your current gaming session ends. pg33 never forces updates that interrupt active user sessions.
The pg33 app fully supports all popular payment methods in Malaysia. DuitNow QR can be used directly within the app without switching to your banking app — the pg33 system generates a QR code that you scan using your preferred banking app. FPX also works seamlessly, supporting Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and other banks.
E-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are fully supported as well. If you prefer using e-wallets for everyday transactions, you can use them to deposit into your pg33 account too. Deposits via e-wallet are typically the fastest — funds arrive in your pg33 account in no time.
For withdrawals, funds are transferred directly to your Malaysian bank account. Verification is processed automatically and withdrawals are completed within the timeframe set by pg33. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), so there are no concerns about currency exchange rates.
Pg33 takes responsible gaming seriously. Within the app, there is a dedicated section under account settings where you can set daily or weekly deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits. These features are designed to help you stay in control without needing outside assistance.
If at any point you feel that gaming is starting to have a negative impact on your daily life, pg33 provides the option to pause or temporarily suspend your account. This can be done directly within the app without needing to contact the support team.
All data between your phone and the pg33 servers is protected with high-level encryption. Your account information and transactions are fully secure.
High-quality video streaming for all live casino tables. Baccarat, roulette and blackjack with real dealers, playable directly from the app.
DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay — all available in-app. Deposits are processed in no time without leaving the app.
